    no, zero rot/rust. i was really surprised to find one that clean. i was a little bummed on the tweaks in it but there not that bad and for the price and lack of rust i couldn't say no.

    yeah that would work. i guess as long as the pipe is close to the same diameter. if you found a flange that slipped inside the banks pipe that would be even easier.

    i didn't have an IC, only ran 10 lbs of boost. i have the same pump just with bigger turbo and IC and i can barely hit 900* now. i feel bad your having trouble with the up pipes. once i welded the cracks on the flange and used some silicone it sealed up.

    that was one thing i did notice with the banks. had to pedal it alot. the only way to really solve that is put a big turbo on. or i guess turn the fuel down. i have also noticed once the converter is locked, towing the temp will get to the 200* area and hang there. unlocked and it will get warm...

    Do you have any other pictures of the dynamat? Thickness, material type?

    i was able to find a good one in KY while at the rally, just some minor surface rust. that one is much cleaner then the one i got but TX is far of a drive for me. i would never turn down a good brick core support.

    yeah if you go through all the wires first you can eliminate one cause and go from there. if all checks out there then it would be a safe bet to change the PCM.

    where i come from we just cut the cross member out and bubble gum weld it back together. not what i do or recommend to people. i guess the final price talks when cut in half.

    ok heath, i dont think we need another rally reminder.LOL rob already does that and i haven't even touched my truck yet.... slackers.....:dunno:frustrate i mean it only needs a trans, hood finished, front cab mount, would love to put the rad support in, refinish front fenders, new rear wheel...

    Fan clutch upgrade...

    sounds good to me. the most important functions for me would be for engine temp, a/c and trans temp. in the rarer case i need it for the trans a manual switch would be fine.
