    I noticed mine will tick while driving the first time. Then parking for a little and starting back up there will be no more tick for a while. Also while accelerating my tick seems to go away as well, or at least quiet down.

    Mines been ticking and intermittent as well but no solve so far haven't torn into it yet. I haven't had any thumping noises though and at won't point I think I could hear it from the exhaust but not anymore and I maybe was just hearing things. Hopefully you find out what it is!

    I used the cx racing cooler that was recommended on here. It's a good fit and wasn't very expensive. I intercooled my truck for less than 400$ I have some minor improvements I need to address but it's good for a while I'm just picky mostly cosmetic

    thw big 3 aren't bad but I wouldn't buy a new one since most can be bad for 500$ish and a rebuild isn't very expensive. Typ4 modded mine and I think it's working out pretty well

    Got a short test drive in before work only hit 10 psi but I think wastegate is opening on me from backpressure, it's unhooked currently have to tap a hole to hook it to intake soon and adjust it to around 15ish. Right now it's just sitting at factory 7 so no much tension on it

    I just bought a plastic tank radiator, in a pinch had to keep on road as it's my daily and just swapped core supports at same time from wide radiator to narrow to make radiators cheaper easier to find and my intercooler will fit now!

    Got core support today for 35$ slightly damaged but it will do some sheet metal work fixed it, fan shroud was also free but light damaged fixed with sheet metal.
