    It won't build more than 10 psi though, also it clears up completely at wot with that. Its almost like it's not actually getting enough fuel. Like fuel shutdown happening early or max output not happening

    Before intercooler though I could hit ten at or before 2000 rpms but I cannot remember if timing was adjusted after that or before. But it would also drop off at that point and gain no more boost maybe 12 max by 3000

    Typ4 is running similar set up to me and getting 16psi from it unloaded I belive he said. My 088 with stock wheel got 20psi your should be doing better I would think?

    Oregon fuel injection set mine at 4' and I moved it literally a dime or less advanced from that and it seemed to feel better but idk I'll mess with it this weekend or tomorrow early before work. Swing shift makes life difficult lol

    Its in now, almost seems to tick more then go away when warm. Someone once told me that would be a sign of a little exhaust manifold leak, since when warm the manifold expands to seal then cools down to leak.

    You would be better off having a too large turbo to keep boost down. They only boost as much as you fuel it too. That's why the 088 non gated ats has a larger exhaust wheel they kept boost numbers in check by not spoiling as high. Then the 093 had a waste gate turbo with a smaller exhaust wheel...
