Well I got my new steering box in, I think I am one rag joint away from Javi mg the tightest steering brick nose in existence. The box was about $300 I think. One of my tires got impelled and my ignition switch is still having issues so I can’t drive it much yet, so far I’ve put 1500 miles on it...
If your question is “does (insert random company that does not appear on our approved list) fuel system related part work good” the answer is a resounding NO
I bought this cheap air horn on Amazon so I will let you know how it sounds, priority is below the steering box but I can’t hear the factory horn over the diesel rattle so I wanted an upgrade.
Looks like they retail around $300 mines ordered and should come in this week the main advantage to redhead is it’s a true rebuild not a parts store pressure wash and resale.

This thread inspired me to throw half a quart of new motor oil in my fuel tank as additive cause I wasn’t going to use that oil anymore (sold the rig I used that oil in) and my 6.9 runs much much better now! The change was unbelievable
Based on the recent thread on burning NEW motor oil as fuel I was inspired to throw half a quart of new 10-30 synthetic Mobil 1 in my tank cause I figured it wouldn’t hurt anything and it’s free fuel. The difference it made was unbelievable! When I first pulled my truck out of the mud it had 10+...
