    been a long time since ive done a transmission, ive done the swap the other way zf to t-19 a few times, someone correct if wrong, but is there a spacer between the block and the zf that is not there on the t-19??

    you did the pass side , make sure the ujoint at the pumpkin and the wheel end are lined up the same

    if you have access to a acetilene tourch just cut the ujoint worst case run it to a machince shop and have them remove it.

    not sure if it the same on and idi but the early 94 psd had a 7 rib belt verses the later 8 rib. Ive seen on the psds alot of stuff replaced with 8 rib parts.
