2000-2003 f250 ext cab car seats
The seat Is fixed but on my 95 and 03 I removed the center seat to put the car seat in Fwiw on my 96cc the rear facing seat still hit the back of the front seat not shure on a super duty though- Double-S-Diesel

Front airbags?
EZ I had air lift on my 00 truck for 3 yrs, then took them off, they sat around until this year and I put them on my 03. they have a lifetime warranty. currently looking at a set of fronts for the 03 now, so I can use them to level the truck camper out.- Double-S-Diesel

99 Ford F-250 Superduty...What size/length for factory front bumper bolts?
the stock ones areconnected together by a bar, and have cap nuts on the outside. size wise, a 1/2 bolt about 1 1/4" long should work in thier place- Double-S-Diesel

DIeseL require special fuel line.
I usually use 30r7 hose for diesel. napa has it , or I order from mcmaster carr- Double-S-Diesel

Electric Fuel on OBS
ju did another one, used a SD pump on the frame rail, a SD filter and hpop res, swappe dto SD style hpop lines, use the SD feedto bowl, return from bowl and drain tubes. custom bent my own head feed tubes using 1/4" stainless tube and vibra lock fittings, fed the rear of the heads, then...- Double-S-Diesel

superduty fuel tank in OBS truck??
I thought about it on my 96, was gonna try to use SD brackets etc, never got around to it. with a CC 8' bed I think it would fit. also Talked to my fuel tank renewer guy and he suggested a 97+ f-150 tank with the filler location modified. never tried that.- Double-S-Diesel

Tensioner pulley
t-47 or t-50 for the tesnioner and idler pulley assembly 15 or 18 mm for the tensioner pulley bolt(left hand thread) 8mm and 1/4 " drive and extensions for water neck- Double-S-Diesel

Paying for other peoples mistakes
Ive done it before on a steel wheeel wher the stud was spinning, remove all other nuts, the pull the wheel to the last one an try to turn, sometimes it will grab.- Double-S-Diesel

5.4 tritan skipping
on my v-10 I had a litle miss, swapped coils from one cylinder to another, miss got worse, ended up bieng a few bad coils, MODE 6 is your friend here for missfires, it will register there before you will get a p 300-308 code. also check your fuel injector faults, Ive had more than one that...- Double-S-Diesel

on mine I had a hole cut where the liscense plate bolted, and the hitch went throough there. I believe it was the same on the truck it came off of. the plate was higher and the reciever was right under it when I moved the bumper up to match the body lift, thn I had to notch it, I notched it...- Double-S-Diesel

Transmission Filter and Gasket
94 may not have the reusable gasket, if the gasket is reusable, it will say so on the pan, rusable gasket will not work on a non reuable pan bolts are 8 x 1.25, but is is highly likely that the trans is stripped and will need helicoiled- Double-S-Diesel

Clunking in the rear diff at takeoff
dont know of any off hand, Id go option 2 , that price seems in line , doing a 10.25 cost me $800 just for ring, pinion and bearings. sucks the d-80 has different innards than a 10.25 or 10.5 I cant see the ring and pinion gears being wore out unless the bearing spun on the shaft, but...- Double-S-Diesel
