Well, I got it apart... And this was a, mostly full spool... That gave me a spagety mess of wire... That gets preped for pins... Oh wait, was cattywampus and now its fixed... Now to pin the wires, I had to change the setting softer on it... This should stuff...- 1mouse3

I took a strigh edge to make a level line and grond the rivets in the area of most issue... Then used a clamp to hold the metal still and took some these holes to #11... Then its driving rivets out and the #11 holes are so screews dont jam in the outer sheet, they like to snap...- 1mouse3

If that dog could hunt, it'd be a no. That dog was rabit, so old yeller was put down... Those 1/8in rivets, aint holding well and some have been replaced with the 3/16 ones. @ISPKI, this is my hypothesis on tip placement... This is the cut out I came up with and will clean it up some... It is inline with where the rest of the exhaust will be and think is out enough that it wont soot up the bed side badly.- 1mouse3

Fair point. My though would be instead of a hole, would be cut a extended half circle in the bottom flat of the bed. Then add some metal a few inches inward, so looks like it belongs there. Interesting thought and not sure on the flex Im looking at. This is about all I can find for a vid showing flex, no good tril ridding ones. Even at that, it is a reg cab and springs are no where as stiff as mine.- 1mouse3

I took some sand paper to the old paint, so new paint has chance to stick... And the clean strip phosphate acid to do a decent job, this area was applyed some time back. I also exchanged screews for rivets and was getting ready to paint... But got rain, so had to cover it up.:dunno- 1mouse3

I cant find the o-rings, shipping from mc-master is too much just for them. So I grabed the injectors from the 6.9, since has 2 year old o-rings... They are in bad shape and non are over 1000 psi... The ones I spec out are still at 1800-1900 psi, except one thats at 1500 psi... I...- 1mouse3
