    7.3 miss

The fitting going from the top of the ip back to the filter housing has a check valve. Just plugged mine up a few weeks ago and helped my similar issue. Surely more will chime in with other ideas...

    Plug-in time

Live here in tx. Don't even need the block heater. Lol. But to get to work wen my glow plugs were bad I left it plugged in overnight every night and leave it plugged in all weekend that I don't use the truck.

94 NA, changed starter, cranks won't start - Update

Just a suggestion, turn the key on and disconnect the fss on the ip and reconnect and listen for click. If click is heard that rules out the fss. If click is not heard, take a 4 ish ft piece of wire and hold one side on the positive post of one of your batteries and tap the other to the fss...

    Quick glow plug question.

I was typing that almost verbatim @mblaney lol. U hit post before I did. But I will add that some of us southern idi owners will actually install a switch to disable the gp system to not turn on with the key as we don't need them much of the year down here in this warm climate. Many of us...

    N/V/H Poly vs Rubber bushings

Believe it or not, energy was the brand I used. Lol. It was diesel and oil that made its way through the bed from engines and transmissions I throw back there regularly. Even old hydraulic pumps. Definitely not proper grease. Lol. Still took 4 years to deform my bushings.

    Supply fuel pressure 6.9 idi

X2. I would suggest an in line bypass regulater. My truck likes 5 lbs as well. I just use a 105p and left the adjustment on the e pump wide open and rely on the bypass regulater.

    N/V/H Poly vs Rubber bushings

Poly has served me well, but I had a leak somewhere and my new bushings that were "oil resistant" were not all as advertised. And yes I had an issue with the squeezing but typically ignored it. Rubber bushings have not improved ride quality, but hopefully they last more than 4 years with the...

Yikes! That couldn't have been good

Did those come with stickers? Lol. Joking aside, I had a rear shock on my truck dragging behind me on the driver side from Odessa all the way up to McKinney before I realized it was scraping behind me. Still an easier fix than a front shock though. Not sure how difficult the Vans are but doesn't...
