    Axle swap brake issue

Did the 03 rear end swap on my 91 250 in 2016 or 2017. I just got a 1 1/4 bore mc to replace my 1 1/16 mc and that's all. No pedal swap, no proportioning valve swap, none of it. Breaks are awesome now and my parking break works as it never had before regardless how much I tinkered with it. You...

Towing an OBS Ext Cab Short Box Gas 30 miles with CCLB Dually

The way I usually tow it's the other way around! Lol. My extended cab 250 pulling a trailer with a 4door dually idi on the trailer! That dually didn't break a sweat or even try hard pulling that 250.

    tires

Currently running 265/75/16 pantagonia mt. I love them, except wen it rains and I'm on a road vs the dirt. Going from 4th to 5th gear I still slide the rear end. Not the best asphalt or pavement tires wen it's wet. Other than that they seem to do really well thus far

    Huffing

Sticky lifter possibly. Or an intake valve not closing/sealing all the way

    Just started my 7.3* build

I use fleet charge in my 7.3 with elc over sca. I am not partial to either, it's just easier to find for me. Also 6.9 has smaller diameter studs/bolts so when adding larger boost, the 7.3 will hold a headgasket better. I have run both in my truck. The 6.9 always seemed to sound alot smoother...

    Tach Sensor Broke In Half...

Ugh! Never seen that one before. I'd pull pump and gear cover and mark ip gear and drill a hole on the rest of sensor and try an ex out. But I typically do stuff the hard way. Lol

    Project Big Blue

Awesome thread, awesome follow, awesome outcome, and can't wait to read another! @Thewespaul u may claim to be just a grease monkey, but you are intelligent, diligent, and have extreme attention for detail and your work is above and beyond what I have been able to find from a dealership or a...

    Front calipers

Remove the pins you mentioned. I use a 3/8 extension and a rubber mallet. I usually put a touch of grease on them after i clean them a bit before I put them back.

That's still outstanding! That truck is fast! And I bet you hit that 20k load up that same hill in the last video and you can really get a nice feel of that beast! I may need to delete my waste gate now......

    Fan clutch

I had opposite luck... I used a 3 foot cheeter on my cresson wrench to tighten mine up leaning ALL 230 lbs of myself against it 4 different times and every time as soon as I would kill the engine after a short trip it would spin itself off. That's changing the clutch and 2 different new water...

    NA IDI Towing Test

Il testify that it will, in fact, do what your asking. But my 2wd regular bed and extended cab with zf5 is 6600 according to the cat scale, empty on a quarter tank in rear and I removed the side tank long ago. As already mentioned, it will be a slower pull, but I've pulled very similar loads...

    CDD IDIT/093 Wastegate Delete Flanges

@Thewespaul I just noticed that there is no bend like the stock exhaust elbow. Would this require a ps downpipe?

    CDD IDIT/093 Wastegate Delete Flanges

So I should consider this for my purposes for my rig? Wife wants one regardless for her rig with the idit block and all the same upgrades on the 4 door dually. That and I'm an exhaust horn short anyways. Lol

    CDD IDIT/093 Wastegate Delete Flanges

Man that looks good! Awesome as always Wes! Is that with your gtx 3582 and your intercooler set up and your stage 1 injectors and 110 pump too much on my na block?

    Fuel Pump Block Off Plate

I believe so. Don't remember part number off hand, but I grabbed one off the performance wall of orily for a chebby to do mine. Looked like that one. Someone will correct me if I'm incorrect on that being the correct part number

@Thewespaul so this is the power level I should be close to with my CDD 110, stage ones, 3582, and ic?

Blue Top vs. Motocraft Remanufactured Steering Gear

I went through this battle a few years back. Replaced the steering box, inner and outer tie rods, rag joint, and had it aligned. No difference. Turned out to be slop in my shaft where it slips in and out. The flat spring was worn out and allowing play. Can't say that this is ur issue for sure...
