If a battery voltage is so low that the charger will not charge it.... Add in another battery. One that is high enough voltage that the charger will work. Then charge both at once until the low voltage one raises enough, to charge on it's own.
Sounds more like you are having a problem with your charger reaching to the batteries. You talk about having moved things, and now you can't get them charged up.
If that is the problem... Take the batteries out of the truck and bring them to the charger.
Sometimes the answer is simpler than we...

I am going to assume you are joking.
Of course I am smart enough to know to run them more when it is cold, and less when it is warm.
Look, this isn't rocket science. Using the dinging sound when the door is open, is convenient. It was a quick tip. That's all. Not the end all and be all...
If you have bypassed the relay, and you hold down the button for however long you want the GPs to cycle...
Open the truck door.
Count the 'dings' that the little alarm makes. Those seem to be about a second each.
Regardless of how they are timed, just decide on a number of dings, and let that...
Right now, I would give my left noogie for a 4 wheeler.
I have been stuck here at home for over 2 weeks! Going stir crazy, and almost out of drinking water!
Tomorrow, I am going to take two sets of old chains, made for the factory size tires, and try to lengthen them to fit the new tires...
My understanding is that it is just a waste. And I have been 'wasting' for years. LOL
For instance, those white bottles of diesel kleen... Yeah, usually about half a bottle per tank, per fillup. Never less than a quarter bottle.
Far as I know, I haven't caused a problem yet. Also have never...
Like that trans swimmer.
Couldn't take the competition from fellow men, so he claims to identify as a woman, and competes with them.
What a wussy. He is male, but I wouldn't call him a man. Wait, is that proof he is trans? LOL Still not a woman, and shouldn't be competing with women.
Let them...
Reminds me of the old Russia vs US story about pens in space. Seems NASA spent millions developing a pen that could write in outer space. Whereas the Russians just used a pencil.
If I had your problem, I'd just stuff a cheap funnel in a gallon size ziplock bag, (to keep it clean), and use that...
I would just terminate it/them safely. Just in case...
As @Farmer Rock said above, just crimp an insulated butt connector onto the end, and then wrap the whole thing in tape. I would follow that with a nylon wire tie or two, just to be sure the tape doesn't come off.
My neighbor has an old ford fire rescue truck. His is set up that way. Apparently someone at the firehouse was so irritated by the sound that they had it put on a toggle. LOL
And I'll add to this...
In several places, people said to adjust the IP by the WIDTH of a dime, or a nickle.
That should be corrected to the THICKNESS of a dime or nickle.
Moving that pump in one shot by the width of either a dime or a nickle, is really asking for trouble.
