I have their kit, installed it at the same as a lee power steering kit. It works good, i also installed it at the same time as a lee power steering pump. My only complaint is the pedal is incredibly firm, like a vacuum booster without vacuum. Beyond that, it works exactly as described, brakes...- 03wr250f

ah ok that would make total and complete sense a customer of mine does the same thing, looped cooling system, no radiator, 27 psi rad cap, and my fan for air cooling purposes, apparently it still does a great job of pushing sir over the motor so much so it actually does some air cooling- 03wr250f

the heck were you doing? and for sure you have something wrong with your rig, likely a fan clutch as for the op, 220* is not outside the realm of normal, however if you arent hearing the fan clutch lock at 220* i would absolutely suspect a bad fan clutch. i would replace it and retest...- 03wr250f

that a a ron guy is a D!ck! lol I did the battle born brake kit Lee power steering pump with extra hydroboost return on the housing, It is a plug and play/direct bolt in hydroboost upgrade from the factory booster it is the same mounting distance for the master, so I my case it wouldn't run...- 03wr250f

7.3 temperature gauge dropping under load
put a aftermarket coolant temp gauge and a napa brand (stant reboxed) 13 psi cap on it see what it does from there. fan clutch should lock on first cold start of the day and run for about 30 sec to 2 min before getting significantly quieter. Squealing Noise Until Operating Temp
as others have said likely belt noise. Pulling the belt and firing it up will confirm that. I would be questioning the belt itself, try putting valve grind compound on it, and see if it helps. as others have said it could be alternator, causing the squeal, and that is most likely, also how is...- 03wr250f

E4OD, preferred stacked plate cooler?
