Seeing everything I think you are on the right track. I wouldnt worry about what timing does below 2k. You will chase your tail on mystery numbers below 2k is my experience. Cleaning flywheel bolt holes in crankshaft
Either loctite with brake cleaner or I use permatex aviation rtv its sold by oteillys/napa. It's what ford specifies and it's not like any normal rtv. It's very liquidy but hardens. Sent from my SM-A015V using Tapatalk- 03wr250f

@chillman88 has a great point there is pulse timing, which is a clamp on the #1 injection line and lumosity which is via a probe in the glow plug hole. They do not time the same way. Pulse measures fuel in before the fire starts Lumosity measures after the fire starts and timing must be done...- 03wr250f

Wondering steering......
To answer the op question. You need a alignment from a quality shop first. Second they make a borgensen steering shaft replacement for our trucks that removes all of that slop you guys are referring to. They are very expensive though. This guy is on the money. @Booyah45828 we found Bosch quiet cast rotors (oreillys) and wagner oeX pads was the answer to great brakes that didn't warp or fade. Had tons of customers warp rotors even with proper torquing and break in before we switched to this setup.. after no more warped rotors...- 03wr250f

To op as a general rule 12-15 psi non studded for a 7.3 Studded as much as you want. F350..how much lift to clear high steer? Can I do it on RSK alone?
Idk about a high steer kit But iirc a sky mfg crossover steering kit requires 8" of lift to clear I do recommend super duty springs as they are a progressive rate spring so the bottom couple inches of travel are very soft but get very stiff the more you work thru the suspension so you still...- 03wr250f
