Well last fall I bought 2 ea kits Performance Tool kit #W80670.....regular flare & double flare from 3/16" thru 1/2" I didn't pay that much for them. Knowing me as tight of a TIGHT *** I am I wouldn't have paid very much for them, especially buying 2 kits. Can't remember where I bought them...- ttman4

I been watching you on this conversion.....OK a question @Nero & all OB folks...... your frontal pic you posted last Friday, I see that metal bracket that goes behind the vacuum pump. Good price for used factory turbo?
Well the ATS 093 is the same thing as the factory turbo. Factory turbo says "FORD" on the airbox cover.- ttman4

Extender for Injector #1
Yes IIRC it's for timing the engine. I stripped one out once so I slightly bent #1 injector line & very carefully got it to thread up to #1 injector. Don't think it's really important. However by having it then the clamps on injector lines clamp up better. If you can find #1 injector line from...- ttman4

Exhaust manifold gasket question
Something smells to me...... & I don't smell your exhaust! Just replaced my pass side exhaust gasket & IIRC the set had identical gaskets for both sides. You tell 2nd shop what 1st shop said..... I might just do that when I get round to doing my hydroboost thingie. Got lots to do soon.....Get my shop up & finished, work some more on Bessie, etc, etc Then figure out what I got to do to do the Hydroboost.- ttman4

Well on my original '90 7.3 with the V belts I never had pump problems. Always carried spare belts with me tho. On this '94 factory IDIT engine with the serpentine belt setup the pump haas 3 hard to do little bolts to take it off. I put bout 90K miles on it since I put it in. Changed it out...- ttman4

Yes yours looks just like mine, litterly came apart after bout 300 mi.....new put on, then came apart. I have no idea how many mi was on my old one. I changed it chasing a clickie-click at idle. Changed my idler pully & tensioner also. My '90 has this '94 factory IDIT engine with the serpentine...- ttman4

Vacuum pump gone bad?
How can a person ck for vac leaks? It's suction, not pressure so soapy water don't work. I have a vac gauge under the hood & usually I run 25-30 in of vac but shut down & in bout 4 min it's down to zero. Recently installed new NAPA vac pump (serpentine belt) & other day was pulling my BH Loader...- ttman4

So it not be happy one tooth off......like as in how unhappy? Things like go ahead & start but have more rattle & cackle than before or ever heard before & bit less power? Less power taking off? Things like used to take off in 2nd A-OK but now have to take off in 1st & nearly burn clutch a bit...- ttman4
