I’ve used a angle grinder wire wheel on oil pan deck front and rear covers just fine is that the right thing to do probably not but it works...
These fass Instructions are kicking my ass but I just figured out the line from the fass is 3/8 not 1/2” like I thought which makes life really easy because I’ll be able to use the fitting from russes hard line delete *phew* buying fittings online suck

That fitting is kind of a pain to get out just to put it back
If anyway possible I’d highly recommend using a press to install the new seal I only had a 60% success rate with a block of wood and hammer and haven’t failed once with a press

When my mech fuel pump was going out it would revv to the moon just before high idle shut off
So without the relay in still pops
That means horn pad or speed control box correct?
Also shouldn’t I be able to jump the relay and have it work? Because I got nothing

when I hit the horn the horn/ cigarette lighter fuse blows
Manually suppling 12v to horns they work
Cigarettes lighter works while fuse isn’t blown
Swapped relay with a china orilley s ones didn’t look exactly correct but...
I’ll probably just weld or braze downing on what fittings I find in town, although I’m not overly concerned about fill up time as I have always been a fill up
