Fuel Filter wrench?

Well I did her in today. Took a guy out for a spin. Did a little power brake which was ok let off at about 30 mph. How fast would a dually crew cab 7.3L with 340hp at the rear wheels be? 0-60, and 1/4 mile? I am not exactly sure of the year but it is probably and 00 to 02. I don't know what is in it to make 340 hp but I assume just a chip. I know the transmission is stock but he is upgrading it...- Max Power
