    im in CA i had a 2001 and a 98 7.3 that needed to be smogged. if you have the hood that tells the smog tech that its a non catalytic truck, they wont check. all they do is a visual on the cat converter,(if cataylistic) air box, and obdII scan. they dont even sniff them.

    my 87 7.3 TIDI has 7 psi of fuel at the filter my 63 TTIDI has 15 psi below 3 psi seems low to me. even with a mechanical pump

    many ways to do this. can be T'd into schrader, but easier to find the correct fittings to install it before the filter head. i put a mechanical one here, and put an electric one after the filter head to see it from inside. also tells me when filter is fawked
