    Try vaseline. that has seemed to work the best for me. Also I haven't seen it mentioned yet, and maybe you are already doing this, but just in case. put the top oring on first then GENTLY roll the bottom one over it into the bottom groove. This can help prevent them from getting nicked.

    old appliances are 100 times more reliable than the new ones. Plus you can actually fix them. the new ones 8 out of 10 times it is the mother board that goes out and it costs more to replace the board than just buying a whole new machine.

    Unless someone swapped in the gears these trucks did not come with 3.73 or 3.93 gears. Only 4.10 or 3.55. What size tires are you running? that has an affect on the rpms you see.

    pretty sure its best to call R&D and ask about a pump. Not all of them make it online and from what I hear you can be waiting quite a while for ones to come up for sale on the website. CDD and Moose diesel also sell quality pumps and are recommended by many people on here if you cant get one...
