    I have never ran rotella to find out if my truck drinks it, but a lot of guys have that issue, of their oil consumption going way up using that oil. a few dont have an issue with it, but it seems more do than not. Have no idea why.

    I have an air to water cooler on my truck and love it. the radiator portion up front is much smaller than an air to air and thus blocks less area.     I know you have spent a lot of time fixing and painting your truck. but have you considered a cowl induction hood? get a little more airflow through the whole engine compartment. Not sure if it would help much, but I have always liked the looks of them.

    The 10 and 50 psi is normal. That is good pressure. 150 is way too high. that will blow every seal you have in the truck. There is a pressure valve in I believe it is the real oil cooler head. I wonder if that was stuck closed for awhile.

    a quick google search it looks like having the track bar and draglink be parallel is the best for good steering. so maybe that is more important than level. :dunno guess I am not much help. sorry.

    I am not an expert on suspensions, but I dont think it has to be at the same level as the axle. I think what is best is as level as possible at ride height. that will give you the minimum amount of arc up or down.
