That looks like the one I am running. IIRC though I did get mine through Amazon. I knew someone here recommended them. Besides, the savings between the DB and Powermaster went to you!
94 was a split year for IDI and the powerstroke. I whole heartedly agree that a competent employee using a today's databases should pickup on the engine code difference within the vin.
However reality states otherwise.
My wife drives a 2012 Mazda 3. Two different engines were available. Her...

For that kind of money though listen to Brian. He swears by the Powermaster and his truck is a dd family rig. I went cheaper and got a DB Electric (SND0027 I think is the model number) off of Amazon. Right around a hundred delivered in two days, no core...
Brian, Drake Kaiser or John Clougston on FB may have a transmission. They are about 3 hrs east. Drake is in Chambersburg, John is in Dover (last I had seen).
I have a DB from Amazon and so far no issues. My old starter was probably fine had I seen it was held in by 2 bolts and 4 threads prior to purchasing! But...I might drive my truck a few hours a week on a good week. Have not driven it in over 3 months at the moment so I am no gauge of...
BJ, were you at the pig roast at Geo's? I don't remember meeting you then. I know Mel, Travis, Eric and me were there.
Damn, bringing back the memories of dually's long since gone!
I looked at my truck with a nearly flat front tire and a yet to be repaired windshield.
My projects are not all machine related.
Currently have two 10 X 25 storage units rented. Plan was to consolidate over the holiday weekend. Ended up enjoying time with both kids and my son's GF.
Need to...
I'm still at a loss for words. In San Diego for my anniversary this week . Not ashamed to admit I broke down in tears when I opened Facebook Sunday morning to see the post from Russ. Happy to have enjoyed a steak and whiskey with him last May prior to Brian GTG while I was in San Jose for work...
Complete loss for words. I had dinner with him Memorial Day weekend. I could not make the dinner at Joe's but while I was in San Jose he made time to meet up. Oddly enough I was thinking of texting him last Friday. Figured he was ok and far enough away from the fire. (Yea, I know little about CA...
Are you sure it is a crew cab frame? 4wd and duals, I'm thinking you are a c&c frame. Especially if it was municipal ordered.
One of the PA guys with inspection experience should chime in soon, but I think welding on the frame is an inspection fail in PA.
I second the frame swap or part it out.
The first half of my diesel life is in that original post. I'll keep things brief. In 2009 I relocated to GA for ADP. Got hit for divorce and ended up losing my ADP job shortly after arriving. Dumped the truck for support and attorney bills. Hind sight says it was probably a stupid decision but...
Ah, memories. I rode in the Enterprise when it had it's meth addiction... :peeloutthen :fan:
Which reminds me, somewhere in my remains of a divorce and 5 moves I should have a "grill gas" kit....
Scott, short answer from me is I have no idea. But... it may be more of a cowl drain design then fender. I have not looked closely at my brick but my 93 had major blockage in the drain area - I pulled the plug by the parking brake to clean the area out. Not sure if the prior version drained the...
I may be wrong but.... It appears your cowl seal was removed (after the rattle can paint job). Make sure you get one back on there. The intake falls right below that seal. If the air cleaner is missing or the bolt does not seal the cleaner lid well, water will find it's way into the motor. Ask...
I think it is Tony Rojo on FB that offers them. Not saying they are not worth what he gets, but I'll put a brodozer light bar on my bumper before I dump that kind of money.
I used it all the time in the dually. No issues.
When I bought Teddy Bear from Darin Menards had Howes on sale. I bought a bunch for the trip east and am still using that now.
A "Good Deal" is nothing more than a state of mind. Having been a "retail automotive consultant" aka car salesman in the past I will tell you that I had deals that were actual losses and a unhappy owner and deals where I cracked someone's head (gross profit pushing 8k) and they were so happy...
My weekend went sideways fast on multiple levels. Regarding the truck, I heard what sounded like a loose / partially opened window rattle. Turns out the seal at the base of my windshield gave out and the window flexes now! Wanted to wait until paint to pull it (cracked anyway) but guess that...
I have heard you guys loud and clear! LOL
Thankfully I had already stepped to the ground and I was at home with the wife near by when this happened. The mower clocks in at 590 pounds. I should have taken a picture but too mad at myself for being careless. Pucker moment for sure.
I second buying it. (Apologies in advance to your wife). As for selling the parts... there is a reason I do not hold yard sales etc. Heck my wife has tried to downsize by giving away furniture on FB and the idiots are either hours late or never show up.
Good luck and ... this post is useless...
Well, I do have one. It is a 6X12 homebuilt with steel deck. Currently running horrible freight mag mount lights because it needs a rewire. 90% of the time it has debris loaded on it. I don't mind pulling that trailer but the boss is not comfortable driving with it.
We have talked about getting...
