    I had the (junk) auto lights in my 89 and the only lived 6 months and I took them out and they were burnt to heck so I went to the part store and got motorcrafts. I didn’t think there was much of a difference but o man there is a huge difference!!

    I run rotella 15w40 in my 1989 7.3 NA and it doesn’t use any oil. I’ve always ran rotella in my trucks.

    Just thought I would shoot y’all a little up date on my truck so I bought a new auto meter egt gauge and ya I guess my old gauge was junk I got the new one on and took my truck out ran it up to 70 and I never saw over 800 degrees. So thanks for all y’alls help!!

    Thanks ya I’m not really building the truck for pulling or anything it’s my daily driver to and from work so I really don’t know which way to go I am just worried if I don’t do something about the exhaust temps I’ll have to be rebuilding the motor.

    so I have an 89 7.3 and I have 3 inch straight exhaust and the injection pump turned up just a little bit.
