Could be stuck. I think it's the same as the sm465 I had. That ball looking piece is supposed to push down and twist. I just don't know which direction to turn it. Lol
Mine had some roll pins. Eventually got loose enough to fall out. Talk about fun trying to shift.

If it happened immediately after installing the chip, I would say you don't have the right tunes for your pcm box code.

Have you tried the facet cube pumps? I can't recall if anyone here has tried them or not. Seen them the other day at our local B2B.

Supposedly in the last few years they have stepped up their game.
I use moog at work (as that's typically cheaper and readily available) so we'll see how they last.

I was flipping through a book to our JD 624 looking up some torque specs and came across the ac section. It has you add a can right off the bat before you start any testing. Even walks you through flow testing the compressor. Found some of it quite interesting.

Doesn't appear to be a common swap for that.
You would have to take some measurements and go to a big truck salvage to see what you could fab up.
I would assume your fan clutch is working fine? Radiator ever been flushed?

I don't think he planned on pulling the trans.
I believe one of the exhaust manifolds is different as well.
The fuel filter mount is different.

Once you do one by removing the core, you will always do it that way. Lol
The mini ex may handle it. If it has a blade, put that forward to give you a little extra stability. Get the machine as close as possible so you aren't reaching out as far.

Scuse me for being the Jack wagon, hadn't realized they were discontinued.
Sealed Power Freeze Plugs 3818056
These appear to be the OEM style.

Probably because there's no such thing as "factory expansion plugs."
If you follow the link in post 8, you will find the part number.

You could also do the ipr inline coolant filter. https://www.iprresearch.com/IPR-High-Flow-Coolant-Filter-Ford-6.0-F250-F350-F450.html
This kit also allows easier backflushing.
But if you really just want to remote mount it, these same guys have a nice kit...
Just fyi, the one on the fender is for the starter. Maybe you already know that, just trying to clarify before confusing anyone.

But, how many of those DIY'ers are putting enough freedom seeds through at one time to get it hot enough to tell?
Doesn't that white lightning coatings have a diy?
