G 31 are just commercial transport truck style batts w significant reserve...not a deep cycle they are a starting battery. Any truck shop sells em....means easy replacement.
They are much better than what our trucks come with IMHO.
We did a test fit and all that we found was a tappety tap tap of the hammer to the ends flaring them out....wait for pics as we already thought through that.
The inner fender cam take the 1 inch drop no issues so this will be alebiating the interference w the hood.
Hey guys.
My son has a 93 CC 4X 7.3 ZF and we are building it up some.

We removed the trays and mounts to the rad support.
Re removed those rad support brackets from the trays. We drilled new...

Ok so tbis is totally the glowplug harness connector based on what he's saying.....
Just my educated guess and it actually works fine without it.
I cha ged mine up quite a bit so its much better n stock now
JM7.3CW Eh!
So a 1" IR gun on 120 psi through 1/2" air line couldnt do it....but likely more pressure would have.
So here I am now....cut cones.....same setup as above and no go....wtf
Out comes oxy acet and heat C up..voila got it...both sides....
Both cones look same just pitted like the moon...
Got here so far today.....I can only get 120 PSI in my air system should be 160 for this bad boy...I am running off a 2hp comp w 15 gal tank and then a line plumbed to a 60 gal tank and 1/2" id line to the gu from 60 gal
Now it is time to cun a cut wheel circumferntially around base of cones...

U need to take clear pictures of this plug you speak of. There is no way by description you are able to convey it.
The only rectangular plug on pass side could be the GLOW PLUG CONTROLLER HARNESS but that is not what you are describing.
F250/350 should in no way matter what so ever....that has...
What harness specifically do you need.
This is the engine bay harness...it connects to the chassis harness fkr tail lights sending units fuel select valve etc
It has all the forward lighting and signals hvac starter cirguts and connects to the ENGINE harness.
That large round plug connects to...
