Idea...adjustemnt nut on top of box loosens and box self adjusts tighter...
Had driven friends truck his woukd not centre we did 1/4 turn adjustments and suddenly it was bang on no slop amd working as supposed to...napa rebuilt box...btw he works at napa.

Aired up ranger tyre.....moved to rear near shop so can swap in 8.8 rear w rebuilt posi so that means tight posi in rear and a detroit truetrac up front....if only it burned oil without spark plugs...

How did you time it?
Do you have or did you use a timing meter or line clamp adapter for timing light?

How does licensing a d registration and ins work
You will be taking off F150 cab and serial no and replacing w an F350 C/Cab with itz serial.
You will need papers indicating cc is legally aquired I am guessing?
Thsn swaing into cc your F150 dash and so forth correct...
Have you checked to ensure each c forging on end of axles where bj sits are both within spec for inclination of caster angle and axle is straight and true?
Usually check w electric angle finder ....
Dissolve automatic dishwashing liquid in HOT water....make a strong solution. This will then be dumped into empty system add a se ond bucket same....then top w water n run good n hot.
This helps get any oil contaminates removed as it is a cleaner....
Then drain and flush w water....add...
I utilize a similar setup for doing brakes and prefilling a sterring box. I have an 8 or 9 qt vacuum/pressure tank that is amazing for this type of thing...I also do it with brakes.
Makes me think about my vacuum cooling filler....
But to prefill or flush a steering box I draw vacuum off...
Why was oil cooler re sealed?
Was truck engine thoroghly cleaned afterwards with multiple flushes to remove any oil or contamnates? If so with what product/s?
Pressure test cooling system has proven effective most of the time unless yer @IDIoit who by nkw is an expert lmao.
