Thanks bbjordan, I just reread you thread on your centrifuge project. Good info in there :Thumbs Up
From what I have seen the pabiodiesel unit is very similar to the diesel craft. I really want a ultimate force centrifuge they sell but not in the cards for right now. I really like the design...
I am getting a two diesel craft pressure centrifuges from a long time wvo guy. Oc-25 and oc-50. Need some cleaning up but pretty excited. I have a gravity centrifuge so this is new system for me.
Thinking of setting these up in a mobile filtering setup. Currently thinking trailer mounted for...
Very interesting, are you filtering it at all? Or just letting it settle? If it seems to run good and start okay then your probably okay. I would just make sure its filtered. How thin is it? Similar to diesel or gas or wmo?
Thanks for the info
So got about 25gallons of gas with a little diesel in it from a source of mine. Could I test the specific gravity and figure out the ratio of gas:diesel? Kinda want to use it for other stuff then just mix it in with wmo. Thanks
That is cool your idi likes it. Some engines/cars don't seem to like wmo much. Good info. I need to do a fuel heater on my Dodge. And a two tank system. I just cut more during winter months and block heater on really cold night. It's pretty mild where I live.
That is interesting to think...
I have never run anything on wvo just wmo. Is it much different? I didn't think it would be much difference. I have had pretty good luck so far. 35k on my 12valve and about 30k on m35a2. I centrifuge down to 1mic and pass through a 1 mic sock filter then cut before or after to 20:80 rug:wmo...
I am thinking of adding it to my 97 Dodge 12 valve too. But not really a performance but just use at a maintenance cleaning. I am sure someone has done it on here.
I don't know if you watch Gale Banks youtube but this is really interesting stuff! Effects on cylinder pressures and temps. He...
What pump does it have? Inline injection pump should be okay. I was talking with a friend and almost bought a 95 dump truck. We thought it would be similar to a 12valve Cummins. Keep us posted if you run it!

These websites have helped me a bunch with info.
I use the wvo mentality for...
I got a few sock filters from Utah biodiesel online. Very helpful. 1micron is what I got. He has some that are 98 percent efficient ones too. I found a housing on Craigslist for cheap. Have not used it much yet, but should work good. So far it looks really good coming out. But I can't see any...
So I posted a sketch of my setup. I do feed off the bottom of my dirty tote but that is because I use gravity and do not want to mess with siphon but I do have to be cautious about sludge. Also allows me to drain water that get into the system. Drain wait, drain wait some more drain, flat so it...

ptrap is a good idea.
My tank setup is similar to this. Electric ball valve came with my centrifuge and great for when the power goes out kinda scenario. Cheap harbor freight digital light/wall timer works good to turn...
Sounds like you got it pretty well figured out. What is key is what works for you or what will work for you. :-)
I found this to be very helpful. You probably found this in your research.

Gravity can help a lot. I let most of my stuff...
Here in Oregon I run wmo all year around. Does not get that cold over here. Thinned 20percent gas or so. If you have a fuel heater and two tank system you should be set. don't get the fuel to hot for the gas to vapor lock. Also starting on straight diesel and getting up to operating tempature...
