System is running and works well, one concern I have is the return line on the fuel tank. I'm worried the weight of the diesel would backflow the return line. With the truck idling it's just a dribble coming from the return line, is it possible to put a check valve on it?
Thanks,

Do you know how the wiring for the switch works? Haven't seen any color coded diagrams. (1993 7.3IDI) There are 3 red wires and 2 brown/white stripe and 1 black/brown stripe.
Thanks,

Currently working on a short in my FSV system myself, wire coding was helpful! I get a new switch this week, unplugged the chassis harness leaving the cab and the fuse still blows which indicates switch or short in cab.

Those do be interesting, I don't understand an efficient enough way to make it worthwhile. It works yes, but with very minimal gains of 1mpg at most. I've done quite a bit of research on it, you'd basically convert a propane conversion kit for our trucks or run a tube into the air intake...
Howdy!
I have centrifuges available and selling them individually right now. Right now I am offering 55GPH and 120GPH centrifuges. If you want a higher GHP rate let me know, they can go up to 1,000GPH.

I've been starting my truck with the ignition switch for almost a year lol. Called procrastination.... Just push the switch all the way forward and it should crank. If not cranking try changing the switch out. No change return it and keep the old one. Make sure battery cables are on secure, try...
My truck is N/A. Should have clarified, I forget about tubo's! cookoo
Looking at the valley pan and it appears to be dry. I'll check again tomorrow to double check. Perhaps it's old sludge from the valve covers slowly coming off? Didn't think of that until now.
Good point @IDIBRONCO, that's...
I have this oil drip coming from passenger beside of truck. I have already done valve covers and they are on correctly and NOT dripping oil. I double and triple checked. Is it possible for the head gasket to drip oil? I attached a photo and if you look past the starter you see the wet oil which...
I've started looking into it and can come up with something that'll work with new connections. Wire colors will be as close as possible with what I find. Decided to quit work because of toxic boss and questionable work ethics yesterday. Will gather parts once I get paid and on to my next job...
Haven't been able to find a maker of wiring harnesses for the chassis. Going to make my own. If anyone is interested I will make some to sell. Going to make my own first and run some numbers.

Ukraine/Russia conflict is suspicious. 2 years of lies about *covid*, then I'm supposed to believe they're telling the truth now? Nada.
Not saying it's not true, I'm saying that I don't believe what the media has to say and something else is going on we don't understand....

I've thought about going with a 6 port valve, sure is pricy though! May end up doing it like you, have a bad short in my FSV circuit somewhere...

Clean everything off with hot water or brake cleaner. Start at the top then work your way down. Then run the engine and look for the leak.
Are you using a gasket on the lift pump? Torqued it down correctly?

Bad air leak in the system somewhere. I would completely redo the fuel system, it's 30+ years old at this point, the lines are rusted out on the inside anyways. I would run an entire new fuel system with hose and hose clamps. Rip out the old fuel lines from tank to pump.
Hosing lasts long...
