They are dogs, we have 2 at work(2004's) 6 spd's, scarey to drive at max gvw. Had them flashed, no codes it's just how they are -cuss- tommyp

pull the support and do mounts/fix the common rust while it's out. Make's it a eazier job on both ends ;Sweet- tommyp

ATS upgrade exhaust for factory turbo
go to a truck supply store and get a flat band clamp(3'), they should fix the slip joint. As far as the housing seal it must not be sitting right, take it off and see where it's leaking. Good luck- tommyp

clearcoating polished wheels?
clearcoat I think i saw a clearcoat in the eastwood cat? worth a look. por 15 has a clear for wheels- tommyp

weak brakes
search here for converting it to hydro assist, seems to make the biggest improvement( there was something here just a few days ago). rear disc's are another option :cheers: http://www.oilburners.net/forums/showthread.php?t=8777 here, it's in the tech area- tommyp

Proper fluid in the ZF 5 Speed
I was told to run syn 30w in mine with the solid flywheel. sounds good- tommyp
