Yes the up pipe. Sorry for the confusion. It appears this hypermax kit is poorly designed lol. I just ordered the luk clutch set and solid flywheel from parts geek. $292 shipped. I just hope this fixes the problem- SS90

It's the driver side manifold to turbo pipe. It swings down low before it comes up over the trans- SS90

I found the correct one on parts geek. Flywheel is seperate. This may be a dumb question but how can I verify truck actually has a dmf and not a single? I pulled the inspection cover bolts but can't get the Damn thing out without pulling the turbo charge pipe.- SS90

I found "clutch city online" sells a complete smf clutch kit for $495. I called them to ask if I needed a different style clutch because of the added turbo and she just stated that if my 8th vin digit was "m". I also see the Valeo kits with smf as well.- SS90

I believe the clutch in my 91 350 finally pooped the bed or is close to it. Since I bought the truck a few weeks ago I've noticed a rattle coming from the bellhousing area. I've assumed it was the exhaust. The truck has a hypermax turbo kit and the pipe fitment is horrible and rubbing on the...- SS90

1991 IDI with Hypermax turbo kit questions..
I pulled the aircleaner today and it has a K&N filter in it. It looked clean as well. I pulled the whole air cleaner assembly and the clamps from the turbo boot to intake are tight. Couldn't see any holes or anything. A little bit of oil on the boot itself. I looks like there is oil coming...- SS90

i Non wastegated turbo. And you would think that if there was a loose intake or exhaust pipe that it would be puffing smoke because of the lack of air coming into the cylinders which is supposed to be getting more fuel if it has bigger injectors and a turned up pump- SS90
