Update on the truck. The put the old injectors back in and the truck runs flawlessly. Kind of hard to start, probably need to move the timing some. 3 or so of the injectors were tripping with fuel when removed. I assume these were stuck open. I will be sending all of them back. I finally got the truck started after an hour of cranking, almost like it lost its prime. I opened the schrader valve and there was no bubbles. Once it was warmed up, I checked the exhaust manifold/ head temp. The temperature of the manifold ranged from 200 to 240. Same for the head. I checked...- fordguy1989

Thanks for the response. I'm planning on pulling the injectors to get them pop tested. Before that, I'll try some things. Should I just line up the timing marks on the IP? I didn't pull the IP, any chance it could have been put in wrong before? I made sure to count the crush washers, so I'm good...- fordguy1989

Ran great before, just wanted to replace them for better cold starts. When I crack fuel lines while its running, the shaking doesn't get worse, the RPM just drops some. I get a good amount of fuel (sprays1-2 feet in the air) out of the fitting when I do that. It does that on all 8 cylinders. I...- fordguy1989
