Rough cold start
Here for about the last week the truck has had a rough cold start, it cranks and starts like usual, it just sounds like it has a miss for the first 20 seconds of running(with just idling it), if you give it slight throttle to where to high idle kicks in it will smooth it out. I got everything back in two days ago, new actuator is doing great, I lubed everything up with graphite. Yeah, I haven't pulled the pins yet. I went to Advantage Ford in Ottawa to get the actuator, and I was told they no longer made it. I was going to stop by Napa and get one, but I didn't get that far. Is the Rock Auto Part #SM66F as good as the BWD turn signal switch? Or the NAPA one? I'm not sure which turn signal switch I'd prefer to go with! Thanks for all your help! I haven't ripped into it yet, but I plan on it tomorrow. I'm pretty sure we had a mechanic replace the actuator a couple years ago, but if it's dorman stuff I'm sure it's what broke. Went ahead and ordered the exhaust from Summit last Friday, got the exhaust Tuesday. I thought about that for a little bit. Well, a friend keeps bugging me about doing that lol, I just figured I could find a 90* 4" for a Powerstroke or just one somewhere. I might have to do that though! I didn't think it'd be such a pain to find one- DieselJuice

Yeah, a little bit doesn't it? I know there are some people on here somewhere that have used this exhaust in the past, it's just been so long since I've been on here. Still having no luck finding a nice 4"/ 90* tail segment to replace the 45* though.- DieselJuice
