This is a 3rd. gen. home made intake horn that is a lot more free-flowing than your stock! Comes with 2 1/8" tapped ports on the back side for boost lines. If you choose not to use them it comes with plugs. Didn't come with a gasket, used my stock gasket. I had it on my truck for a 2 months...- Al Corr
