    Fummins charging system help needed

    Just use an external voltage regulator. They're like 20 bucks. 2 wires, one connects to the post on the alternator closest to the passenger-side fender, the other Ts into your ignition-on wire that runs to the other post on the alternator. Can post pics if you like of my setup.

    I used fordcummins mounts but redrilled the holes to set the engine an extra inch further back. There's about an inch and a half between my radiator and fan. Shroud fit without modification and the tranny bolted in using the stock frame holes. And thanks! Cant wait to get it going down...

    for comparison next to a 4wd 3500. needs 1" in the front and dropped 2" in the rear. Its all together minus the wiring, piping, driveshafts, pedals, transfercase shifter, and electric fuel pump. So I still have most of it to go lol progress though. Still have to replace rotors...

    if youre looking for a little more boost, wrap the crossover pipe that goes from the driver's side exhaust manifold to the up-pipe with exhaust wrap. I don't know if my max boost went up much, but it comes on sooner. Can definitely tell a difference, cheap upgrade.
