WTT/WTB 4/5 SPD for 88 F250 4x4 7.5L

Transfer case went out on my 88 f250 with 460. Currently in shop, just wonderin if somebody happened to have a T18 ,T19, or a ZF5 to fit this. Must be 4x4 and transfer case would be nice. Pedals also.

Well for the last month, Najaf, Iraq but Tennessee is actually home. If i am going to buy it, i would like to get everything at once. Goin from an automatic to a manual. What kind of money for everything?
