Morning guys and gals,

I'm currently looking to purchase a complete serpentine set-up for an 86 F-250 with the 6.9 with a/c. I know there is a bit of work involved in sourcing out the correct pulleys and just wanted to see if someone would be willing to part with the complete set-up they have pieced together. Thank you for looking and please don't hesitate to post or PM regarding any details or questions.

Have a Merry Christmas!

Doug

what youre looking for is a 92-94 7.3 serpentine system set up.

there are 2 different designs.
an open spring tensioner and a closed spring tensioner.

I actually have most of the open spring design, minus a few things like idler gear covers.
AC compressor and vacuum pump& pulley.
the pulley is not removable from compressor.
(super duty compressors bolt up)

the 2 brackets are powder coated blue.

I paid 200 before powder coating.
ill sell it all for 220 + ride.

I will gather it up and send a pic.

a quick search on flea bay,
i found new pulleys for the vacuum pump.
37.01 out the door.
these are the hard to find part... i had to pick up 1 for a project, and 1 for a spare!
and a new pump is 100.

trying to find out how much i paid for the spare pump i have, and ill sell that separately for what i paid.

looks like i paid about 80 for the pump and pulley.

Bolts to mount the brackets to the engine are a special length but if you can't get a set. Just use all thread and cut to length. Same goes for the alternator to the mount bolts. This was a hard lesson learned by me when I changed my 89 engine from V belts to serpentine belt. I find the serpentine belt is so much easier to work with. Only one belt to remove or install. I really disliked the V belts because the first one installed on the back pulley is the alternator and it breaks first. Then it usually ruins the others. But if it did not well then here you go removing 5 belts. Some of the adjustments were ruff for me to reach.

I have a serpentine setup off an idi turbo motor. Want it gone, would be interested in an offer. How urgently do you need a setup? Mine is at my dads shop and i wont be there for a while to take pics.
