Bought a 95 PSD that is not currently running? After posting on here a month ago, I feel confident it is likely the starter. Current owner is not interested in finding out what is wrong with it. He quoted me $2000 for it, it has 111,000 on the odometer, I feel this is fairly accurate since I ran a Car Fax on it previously. I know for a fact it has new Glow Plug Regulator, Glow Plugs, Oil is clean. My plan , is to offer $1500 and be prepared to walk away. I have looked around, could buy a newer F250 , but I really like this truck.
