You have to lift up on the wiper arm, like you would if you were washing under it and then pull straight out on the little tab at the base of the arm. Once the tab is out it will hold the wiper out and you can wiggle the wiper arm off of the post.
pull that little clip out a little ways until it won't pull anymore. then try and wiggle the wiper arm off the splined "hub"..a piece of wood and a claw hammer works best. put the wood down on the cowling to kep from scratching it and use the hammer to lift the blade off.
