What year did vans switch to metric rims

I'm scouting a rearend for another IDI project. I know the vans ran the standard 8 lug for a few years later than the trucks but what was the last year for standard 8 in the vans?

I dont think they ever did switch

To this date they have yet to switch. Also, if you're into the 4 wheel disc brake thing, they are standard on the '99 and up E350 ambulance prep at minimum. I've picked up my share of AMR's and never did I have to tow for a blown axle seal.
