ok had issues with 97 psd got her running great now a week later back to know start lots of smoke coming out the pipe while cranking new starter fuses good and dosent try to start not even a stumble just smokes and no fire even under either again ***

How's your CPS? And oil level in HPOP? And the notorious under-hood relay that always blows...

Take the downpipe loose from the turbo, then see it that butterfly valve is open or closed.

That's really the only thing I can think of that'd keep an engine from starting even with ether.

Check the glow plug relay.

Checked every thing stated and no ho till this morning I tried starting it an what you know fired right up
