I run 70 / 30 mix of hydraulic AW 46 oil filtered down 1 micron with diesel during summer and 50/50 in the winter. I have an endless supply of this from my friends injection molding company, so I know the oil is water free and already pretty clean before I filter it. I do put in diesel keen every so often, and I only run the oil / diesel mix in my front tank. I keep the 2nd tank with pure diesel and shutdown / start up on that tank.
