What ya need now is one of these. Sweet sounding, put it one way and it's kinda loud, put it the other way, calms it down, but still sweet. When the cups face back (1st pic) kinda whistles. There 3-1/2" in and out, 12" - 14" long Got one on my PSD.

Bought it off ebay 3-4 yrs ago, think around $50. If you can find it on ebay, order pipe size.
