One tidbit, after intercooling you can move your wastegate hose to the intake hat instead of the compressor housing to keep your engine seeing the same psi as before the intercooler. Much easier than monkeying with the wastegate actuator.

Hmmm I think most ATS / Ford systems have the port for the boost gauge in the intake hat already. Least that's the way mine is.
And you'll still have to adjust the wastegate due to pressure drop through the intercooler.

If you had 10 psi on your gauge before installing an intercooler, you will still have 10 psi on your gauge if you move the wastegate actuator pressure hose from the compressor housing to the intake hat. If you want your engine to see 10psi, tapping the line in after the intercooler will do that with no adjustment needed. (Just using 10 psi as a for instance)

Sorry. My bad. You're right.

I mistakenly thought you were talking bout the boost gauge line. LOL
