WANTED: ACCELERATOR CABLE for a 1985 6.9 IDI

Title says it all.

1985 6.9 accelerator cable needed, the plastic tube inside the end of mine is split open, that seems to keep the spring in tension

Ford no longer makes this part, I believe that the part number is E7TZ9A758K.

I just looked it up on Rockauto.com and they showed one from ATP Y290 for $36.79. Looks the same? There might be others out there. Good luck, Doug
