want to swap 6.9 into 78 F-250 Crew 4x4

anyone that can help me with a swap to a 6.9 into a 78 f-250 crew 4x4???
Or a 7.3 if i have to and a 5spd
whats all that is needed?? Wiring shouldnt be that hard for a diesel, its not a PSD.. anyone that can help fire away

Pm IDIeselman. He had the cleanest 79 f-350 4x4 with a 6.9 swapped in. I have never seen a conversion done so close to factory. And he is super smart when it comes to the idi's.

BLACKHORSE has a 7.3 in his 79 Bronco. I'm not sure but I think he's getting ready to pull it for some P/M. Ideal time for pictures if needed.

IDIESELMAN- Are those both pictures of IDI Perches? Do you know if perhaps 460 perches are easily modified to fit up an IDI? I have some Factory F-Series 460 perches but they say "460 ONLY" on them.
