Valve lash on ford industrial 4 cyl

We have a wiggins 6k lb forklift that has what I believe is a ford 172. It is running pretty bad and it sounds like the valves are way out of adjustment. Does anyone know the lash spec off hand, or know where to find such specs?

Doesn't specify I or E so i will say that is just a range for BOTH of them

The hyster we had at work had one of those and it was 12 I 16 E. Easy to remember as we had the head off countless times.
