Eh???
Its all one solid piece. If you've got two pieces, you've got a problem. lol
Never heard of one literally coming out in two pieces before, lol, but there's a first for everything.
I'll post a pic in a minute of one of three brand new ones I have for your turbo application.

Here's the pics of the factory (093) ATS turbo system VP grommet.
This is one of three brand new ones I got about a week ago.
Give this place a call,
Body Armor Performance Specialists
Their number is 866-408-6812 or 360-604-8555.

I know it sounds weird, but they'll hook you up. Heck, might as well order ya a tac jacket at the same time! Never know when you may need one of those.
Tell them Sean from Highland Automotive Specialties in Nebraska told you to give them a ring, they may remember me, maybe not.

I would say someone tried to make something work. The grommet that comes with replacement gasket sets, will not fit our 93-94 IDI factory turbo pedestal. Nebraska is showing the correct grommet. You have to buy it seperatly from ATS or someone ( body armor??).

If it doesn't fit the stock turbo pedestal, then maybe that explains it, because the one that came with my felpro valley pan fits the ATS 088 pedestal perfectly cookoo so does the oring that seals between the pedestal and the intake where the CDR used to go that came with my reinz head set.

wow.... soooo my grommet looks exactly like the pic, i love th visuals, thanks, it really helps...... but........... that inside piece of the grommet literally came out and was turned side ways in there and POURED my oil all over the place, and seriously hurt my power to the truck..... we got it fixed and it has been solid since then, driving significantly better........ should I look into getting a new grommet and re doing this? or just leave it and if it does it again then fix it? I could do it myself well id need some serious supervision, i mess things up all the time..... but thanks for this info!
