vacuum pump oil leak

I have a 97 dodge d3500 Dually 5.9 12v second generation with a bad oil leak at the vacuum pump. I am looking for the best coarse of action to remedy this. I have been quoted $350.00 for A new pump is there any better deals or action that I can follow up on that anybody knows of ?

You can rebuild it yourself. You can pick up a kit from ebay from a guy known as ramtrans1 - I have purchased a kit but never used it - I picked it up as a precaution. the kit comes with a DVD to show you how to do it - I watched the DVD and it's actually not hard. The biggest thing is getting it out and back in.
