You can find one for the diesel on a 1993 Ford service and repair Manual CD. Thats where I finally found one- got it on e-bay for 5 bucks. I've tried to cut and paste it on hear for you but can't seam to make that happen. If you have a specific question maybe I can help!

Not sure if that is the same CD I bought, was over a year and a half ago, but for 5 bucks give it a go, can't go too wrong.
On the diesel trucks 1993, the relays are as viewed from the fender, top to bottom, Trailer battery charge, trailer marker lamps, horn relay, trailer backup lights, TECA power relay ? (electric brakes??)
The cuise control is called "speed control" and runs off dash fuse #13- 15amp also powers stop and hazard lights, stop sense for antilock brakes. According to my diagram, this fuse is powered by maxi-fuse in the relay box item L, middle row closest to the fender, 50 amp.
Hope this helps
