That sucks...looks like you need a new IP. Usually these things will bleed out just fine if you give them some bleeding. For me the limiting factor has always been keeping the batteries charged up. Keep in mind, the Moose Pump is designed for a turbo application..... at this point a stock pump might be the best course of action unless you're planning on a turbo soon.

I got an International reman for $382. Add $12.50 for overnite shipping and around $20 in taxes put me at $415. It has an IFS tag on it. And it works perfectly.

You could get it rebuilt locally for around the same or less perhaps but you will most likely have to wait for it. It wasn't my first choice as I am trying to keep this truck low budget right now but it should have been as I figured out along the way.

The swap is pretty easy just a little ******* your back. I also drew a picture of where the injector lines went on the pump (in grease pencil on my workbench) for reference. But I like that kind of stuff.
