i want to buy an 02 f350 powerstroke what is the auto trans ? is that the torch shift? or the e4od?

The 4R had an upgraded TC in it but IMHO its still a bit weak and the 4R also benefits greatly from an added shift kit to the valve body.
Both transmissions are really good if you take care of a few little things like the weak shifting and a better TC and add some cooling.
