Torque converter lockup question

Hey, I've got a '91 J code engine that I swapped into my pickup, and got sick of listening to the RPM's on the highway with the TH350 transmission. So I went and bought a diesel 700r4 from a guy... now for the question. How do I wire up the lockup torque converter so it includes the TPS and unlocks when I put the throttle to the floor? I have a wiring kit from Bowtie Overdrives in California, and it's the relay style, but it only unlocks when you hit the brakes. Anyone else done this?

look into wiring it (lockup sol) to the 4th gear pressure switch.
