Tie rod ends/Drag link (Except CrewCab?????)

I need tie rod ends and some bushings, but I'm noticing a lot of the products say (Except Crew Cab or Ambulance).

Specifically says that it fits my year and body type, then adds a note that it doesn't fit a CC or Ambulance.
